Delivery & Returns

Wrapping
Discretion is our middle name. All of our packages are sent in discreet wrapping without any indication of the contents so you could even have your order delivered to your work. The only detail you will find is our return address on the back of the package but this includes no name of company. Should you wish for your items to be sent to an alternative address please advise us at the time of ordering and we can do this for you.

Delivery

All stocked items are dispatched by Royal Mail as standard via our 1st Class Delivery Service. If you choose next day delivery (available on request) please place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed on Monday to arrive Tuesday morning. Our free 2nd Class Royal Mail service aims to have your order to you within 3-5 working days and our 1st Class Royal Mail service aims to have your order to you within 1-2 full working days. We keep our website updated to provide you with items that are currently in stock. However, where the product has just recently gone out of stock and we have not had the opportunity to update media, we will inform you immediately. You should expect to wait a maximum of 7 days for out of stock items to reach you. We aim to have them to you as quickly as possible. In the rare event our stockists are out of an item we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund or accept an alternative item. Pre order items (as labelled in product description) are ordered with the stockists every Thursday with delivery to us the following Monday or Tuesday. All pre-ordered items are dispatched from us the same day as they arrive via 1st Class Royal Mail, so you should receive your order the Wednesday or Thursday of the same week.

Payment
All prices quoted on our website are in Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta. All card details given to this site are encrypted and are processed by Paypal’s payment services.

Refunds
Christmas Returns: In addition to our usual returns period of 14 days, we are offering an extension for your Christmas gifts. Please inform us should you wish to return a Christmas gift to us. All other terms apply.

Should you change your mind we offer a 14 day returns guarantee for your unopened purchase providing all seals and wraps are fully intact and the item is resellable. We will be happy to issue a replacement or refund of the full cost of the item only depending on your preference. We cannot refund the cost of delivery in connection with your purchases. Please inform us via email why you are returning the item so we are aware of its return. Please wrap the item in its original packaging, with all seals and wrap intact. Including a note with your name, address and telephone number and send to our address found below. For your protection and peace of mind we recommend that you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service and keep your record number safe. For credit and debit card purchases a refund will be credited to your account the day we receive the returned item. Your refund receipt will be forwarded to you in the post. Please note, in order to keep our hygiene standards high for all customers we will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Unfortunately on no occasion can we provide refunds or replacements for the following opened items (or where any of the following are included): briefs, thongs, boxers, hosiery, bodystockings or sex aids. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event that an item is returned to us which does not fit our returns policy, such as the item has been opened, not returned in original packaging (not including delivery materials), worn or tampered with, we reserve the right to charge postage costs incurred by Censory in order to return the item to you. All refunds will be via the payment method received.
